Lydia Wright is our Supervising Attorney.  For more than a decade, she has managed complex trial dockets in state and federal courts nationwide, including with the Southern Poverty Law Center and the litigation boutique Burns Charest. Most recently, Lydia was the Associate Director of Civil Litigation at the Promise of Justice Initiative in New Orleans. Lydia clerked for the Hon. Nannette Jolivette Brown of the Eastern District of Louisiana and was a staff attorney for the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. She graduated from Berkeley Law in 2014 and is licensed in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Washington. Before law school, Lydia was a Teach For America corps member in New Mexico and a Fulbright fellow in Jordan.
