Dublin women inmates sue prison bureau over climate of abuse and retaliation

Prisoners at the federal women’s prison in Dublin, where a former warden and six staff members have already been convicted of sexual assault, filed suit Wednesday accusing officials of fostering a climate of abuse and retaliating against those who report it.
